Direct Support Connect® is a free job board for Minnesotans who are looking to hire direct support workers. It is also for Minnesota direct support workers, home care workers, and PCAs (Personal Care Assistants) who are looking for job opportunities. Direct Support Connect® is solely designed to connect people who want to hire direct support workers and direct support workers who are looking for work. 

Direct Support Connect® and the Minnesota Department of Human Services are not responsible for losses caused by reliance on information presented or published on this site. Any person or entity that relies on this information does so at their own risk. 

Direct Support Connect® provides information; it does not provide direct services or legal advice. 

By using this site, you are agreeing to the Terms of Use, and agree to abide by the conditions described in this policy. 

Data privacy 

Direct Support Connect® is dedicated to preserving your privacy and security while on the site. The Disability Services Division strives to retrieve the minimum amount of information necessary from its website visitors in order to provide a host of various services and resources. The site does not capture personal information without visitors' permission. 

If during your visit to you participate in a survey, fill out a web form or send an email, the following additional information will be collected: 

  • The email address and contents of the email; and 
  • Information volunteered to complete a web form or in response to a survey. 


For security purposes and to assure that this service remains available to all users, uses special software programs for monitoring and auditing network traffic to identify unauthorized attempts to upload or change information, or otherwise to cause damage to this website. 

Anonymous visitor information collection
